Born 26 Mar 1973.Lawrence Edward Page is an American computer engineer who was a graduate student when he co-founded Google, Inc. with Sergey Brin, while working in the same Ph.D. program. They developed their ideas for the search engine at that time, and established the company in 1998, with financial support from investors, family and friends. Page was the company's president of products. It was so successful that by 19 Aug 2004, the company made an IPO (initial public offering) of shares to raise the capital to grow further.
