Rules
Guess the NERDLE in 6 tries. After each try, the color of the tiles will change to show how close your guess is to the solution.
If the tile becomes GREEN, your number or operation is located at correct place. If the tile becomes RED, your number or opeartion exists within the expression, but at different place.
- Each try is a calculation (math expression).
- You can use 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 + - * / or =.
- It must contain one “=”.
- It must only have a number to the right of the “=”, not another calculation.
- Standard order of operations applies, so calculate * and / before + and - eg. 3+2*5=13 not 25!

A woman from New York was driving through a remote part of Arizona when hercar broke down. An American Indian on horseback came along and offered her aride to a nearby town. She climbed up behind him on the horse and they rodeoff.
The ride was uneventful, except that every few minutes the Indian would letout a 'Ye-e-e-e-h-a-a-a-a' so loud that it echoed from the surroundinghills.
When they arrived in town, he let her off at the local service station,yelled one final 'Ye-e-e-e-h-a-a-a-a!' and rode off.
'What did you do to get that Indian so excited?' asked the service-stationattendant.
'Nothing,' the woman answered. 'I merely sat behind him on thehorse, put my arms around his waist, and held onto the saddle horn so Iwouldn't fall off.'
'Lady,' the attendant said, 'Indians don't use saddles.

Seawater conversion plantIn 1961, the first practical plant for the conversion of seawater to drinking water was dedicated when President John Kennedy pressed a switch installed in his office in Washington D.C. It was built in less than a year at a cost of $1.5 million at Freeport, Texas by the Dow Chemical Co. The plant was capable of producing about a million gallons of water a day, supplying fresh water to the city of Freeport at a cost of about $1.25 per thousand gallons. The plant was opened 8 May 1961, by the Office of Saline Water, U.S. Department of the Interior. The large-scale evaporation method used then has now been replaced by reverse osmosis as scientific advances have produced special polymers suitable for use as filtering membranes. |
