The aim is to place the some numbers from the list (6, 11, 12, 24, 29, 30, 35, 40, 41, 52) into the empty squares and squares marked with A, B an C. Sum of each row and column should be equal. All the numbers of the magic square must be different. Find values for A, B, and C. Solution is A+B-C.

Carl ZeissBorn 11 Sep 1816; died 3 Dec 1888 at age 72.German industrialist who gained a worldwide reputation as a manufacturer of fine optical instruments. After qualifying in medicine, he began the manufacture of optical instruments, which he knew would be in increasing demand as science and medicine advanced. He spent seven years in the workshops of various European instrument-makers before he founded an optical factory at Jena (1846).
